Month of Art Practice

MAP 2025: ARRIVAL?
01.09.2025 – 28.12.2025
Hà Nội, Bremen & Berlin
Heritage Art Space, Galerie Nord | Kunstverein Tiergarten, and HfK Bremen are pleased to announce the launch of the 11th edition of the Month of Arts Practice (MAP 2025).
Since establishing an international partnership with the Hochschule für Künste Bremen (HfK) Bremen/Germany in 2023, MAP has evolved into an experimental laboratory that explores diverse aspects of Mobility amidst challenges posed by the pandemic and global ecological and political crises.
The first year of MAP, themed Alternative Mobilities, explored artists’ contemporary understanding of the concept. The second year, Going Places, Moving Things, focused specifically on the notion of Movement. MAP 2025 will conclude this three-year project with the theme Arrival?, which investigates the varied impacts of Movement and the ideal of reaching a destination.
These notions are being pursued and materialized through the diverse practices of the participating artists. The outcomes of their work will be presented in final exhibitions at Long Bien Art Space in Hanoi and Galerie Nord | Kunstverein Tiergarten in Berlin.
